Task Force for Operationalizing Goals and Objectives under Each Key Strategy

Six task forces, involving 69 campus community members, worked over a seven-week period to identify goals and objectives with clear timelines and measures of success for each strategy statement. These task forces consulted the resources noted above and responded to campus community feedback received through the online questions of the week and Executive and President’s Council retreat. Membership participating in each task force are shown in Appendices B-G. The final compiled goals and objectives are reported in Section V.c.
