Take I-95 South into South Carolina. Continue to Exit 181A. Turn onto S.C. 38 South and continue as it merges with U.S. 501 Bypass and intersects with U.S. 501. Turn left onto U.S. 501 and follow signs to Conway/Myrtle Beach. Continue on U.S. 501 through Conway toward Myrtle Beach; Coastal Carolina University will be on the right, approximately 3.5 miles past the S.C. 378 intersection in Conway. Turn right at the stoplight just past the Coastal Carolina University sign onto University Boulevard. Continue on University Boulevard through the roundabout and turn right at the first traffic light onto Chanticleer Drive East. The Welcome Center and the Office of Admissions and Merit Awards are located in Baxley Hall, the first building on the right (100 Chanticleer Drive East).

From the south on Interstate 95

From east on Interstate 20 (Columbia, S.C.)
Take I-20 East toward Florence and exit onto I-95 North. Continue on I-95 to Exit 170. Turn right and follow S.C. 327 until it intersects with S.C. 76. Turn onto S.C. 76 and proceed toward Conway/Myrtle Beach. S.C. 76 merges with U.S. 501 and continues through Conway toward Myrtle Beach. Coastal Carolina University will be on the right, approximately 3.5 miles past the S.C. 378 intersection in Conway. From the west (Aynor, western Horry County)
Take U.S. 501 South through Conway. Coastal Carolina University will be on the right, approximately 3.5 miles past the S.C. 378 intersection in Conway. Continue on University Boulevard through the roundabout and turn right at the first traffic light onto Chanticleer Drive East. From the east (Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach)
Take U.S. 501 North to Conway. Turn left onto University Boulevard at the stoplight just past Horry Georgetown Technical College. Continue through the roundabout and turn right at the first traffic light onto Chanticleer Drive East. The Welcome Center and the Office of Admissions and Merit Awards are located in Baxley Hall, the first building on the right (100 Chanticleer Drive East).

To reach the Hackler Golf Course at Coastal Carolina University, continue on University Boulevard and turn at Lackey Chapel onto University Drive. Continue approximately half-mile and the clubhouse will be on the right.

The Atlantic Center/East Campus including the Coastal Science Center and the Burroughs & Chapin Center for Marine and Wetland Studies is located across U.S. 501 on University Boulevard, opposite the main campus.

To reach the HTC Center from University Boulevard, turn onto Chanticleer Drive West and turn left on Founders Drive. The HTC Center is on the right. From S.C. 544, turn at the light onto Founders Drive and the HTC Center will be on the left.

From the south (Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island)
Take S.C. 544 West toward Conway. Coastal Carolina University will be on the left, approximately 11 miles past the U.S. 17 Bypass intersection. Turn right at the traffic light at Brooks Stadium onto University Boulevard. Continue on University Boulevard and turn left at the third traffic light onto Chanticleer Drive East. The Welcome Center and the Office of Admissions and Merit Awards are located in Baxley Hall, the first building on the right (100 Chanticleer Drive East).
