‌Instructional Technology

The Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Technology is a 30 credit 100% online program that provides teachers and other professionals advanced training in the utilization and integration of technology to improve teaching practice, learner performance and professional productivity in schools, businesses, government, healthcare, military and other industries. Teaching certification is not required for admission. Certified teachers employed full-time in S.C. public schools are eligible for special tuition rates as low as $276 per credit hour and may qualify for M-level pay after degree conferral.

The Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Instructional Technology is a 30 credit 100% online program designed for teachers and other professionals who have already earned a master's degree (in any discipline) and are interested in extending their abilities to design, develop, implement, evaluate and manage technology to improve teaching and learning in schools, businesses, government, healthcare, military and other industries. Candidates who complete this curriculum will be well prepared for future graduate study at the doctoral level. Teaching certification is not required for admission. Certified teachers employed full-time in S.C. public schools are eligible for special tuition rates as low as $382 per credit hour and may qualify for M+30 pay after degree conferral.

The Certificate in Online Teaching and Training is a 12-credit 100% online graduate program that provides opportunities for educators and trainers to develop advanced competencies in designing, developing, delivering and managing online learning and performance improvement in education, business, government, healthcare, military and other professions. Teaching certification is not required for admission. Certified teachers employed full-time in S.C. public schools are eligible for special tuition rates as low as $276 per credit hour and may qualify for the add-on Online Teaching Endorsement from the S.C. State Department of Education.
