    Express Mail

Coastal Carolina University has joined with eShipGlobal to coordinate Express Mail services. Express mail is available at your own expense.

Please register for express mail as early as possible. You do not need to wait until your I-20 has been issued to register for this service.  Once your I-20 has been issued, the Office of International Student and Scholar Services will check to verify you have registered for eShipGlobal. If you choose not to register with eShipCGlobal, your I-20 will be sent by regular mail.

Please follow the instructions below to use this service:

    • Click the link eShipGlobal to be taken to complete the student registration form.
      • You must activate the account through your e-mail address before proceeding.
    • Once your account has been activated, you can prepare the shipping label:
      • From the main menu select “Receive Documents”
      • Select “South Carolina” from the map of the United States
      • Choose “Coastal Carolina University” from the menu and click “Continue”
      • Choose “Office of INTL Programs and Svcs” from the menu and click “Continue”
      • Enter the address you would like your acceptance and I-20 documents sent to in the “Receiver’s Address” section
      • Your Student ID (SID) was included in your letter of admission and e-mail. Note: If you do not have a SID, or do not know your SID, please enter "NOSID"
    • Select the service and shipment amount you prefer and click “Continue”
    • Enter your preferred payment information and click “Confirm Payment”
      • eShipGlobal accepts Credit Card, Wire Transfer, and Paypal
    • Once your payment has been verified, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with detailed information about your shipment. The Office of International Student and Scholar Services will receive this e-mail at the same time so there is no need to forward it.

    Regular Mail

Students who do not register for express mail will have their documents sent to them by regular mail. This option could take up to 4-6 weeks for your acceptance and I-20 packet to be delivered to you. The Office of International Student and Scholar Services will use the mailing address entered on your admission application. If your address has changed, please notify us as soon as possible at internationalservices@coastal.edu.
