ORIENTATION
On behalf of the Orientation staff, welcome to your University! The Coastal
Carolina Orientation program is designed to help you make connections
with other new and returning students, learn about the University, and
registser for your first semester of classes.
SUMMER ORIENTATION SESSIONS:
Freshman Orientation Sessions:
June 19-20, June 23-24, June 26-27, July 14-15, July 17-18
Summer Orientation is a two-day program that provides new students with
the opportunity to learn their way around campus, meet with faculty and
staff, and register for classes. Information is also provided on every
topic of interest to new students including student activities, residence
life, and academic major requirements. Please note: You must be accepted
to CCU and pay the enrollment deposit before registering for Orientation.
Transfer Orientation Sessions:
June 30, July 21, and August 14
Summer Orientation is a one-day program that provides new transer students with
the opportunity to learn their way around campus, meet with faculty and
staff, and register for classes. Information is also provided on every
topic of interest to new transfer students including student activities, residence
life, and academic major requirements. Please note: You must be accepted
to CCU and pay the enrollment deposit before registering for Orientation.
Parent Orientation:
At each Orientation program, there is a Parent Orientation program that
offers information on how parents can help their students make a successful
transition to the University and what services are available to assist
students and their families.
