It's time to celebrate...
And be a little sad also. We're sure that you're very proud of your son or daughter and what he/she has accomplished, but now it's time for your student to move on to the next chapter of life. But, don't worry—students still need their parents for many things (even if they don't admit it). To help prepare for these needs, we offer a Parent Orientation program that is designed to acquaint the family members of new freshmen and transfers with University services.
Parents sign-up to attend the same Orientation sessions as their students. Parents attend some sessions with their students and some with other parents. For information about hotels and traveling to the area, visit the Admissions Visit page. If you have questions or concerns, please call 843-349-2027 or e-mail orientation@coastal.edu.
