Why CCU:  I chose to come to CCU because of our amazing BFA theatre program and because of our beautiful campus.

Memorable Experience:  My favorite memory of CCU so far is move in week my freshman year. Some friends and I went to a hypnotist session in Wall and I got hypnotized, which was a lot of fun.

Advice to prospective students:  Use your resources! Go to tutoring labs, it's a great place to get the help you need and meet others.

What's the best part about being a Chanticleer?  Being a part of an inclusive community where everyone wants to see you succeed.

Advice to prospective students:  Get involved! Anything that intrigues you is worth trying out. Join clubs, go to on-campus events. It's the best way to make friends and good acquaintances.

Why CCU:  As a transfer student I wanted a school that was bigger than my previous institution, but not too big that I was seen just as a number. So Coastal became my first choice. The environment is friendly, professors know you by first and last name, and you can meet new and different people every day while walking to class.

Favorite place to eat in Myrtle Beach:  Big Mikes. If you love soul food then this is the place to eat.
