To schedule a campus visit, contact the Admissions Office at 843-349-2026 or 800-277-7000 or complete one of the visitation forms below. Normal office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Weekday Visits

Weekday visits offer an opportunity for both students and parents to participate in a guided campus tour and meet with an Admissions counselor. September through April, daily tours are offered Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. May through August, tours are offered only at 9:30 a.m. Call ahead for tour availability during holidays. Counselor meetings are typically scheduled after the tour, and appointments are preferred but not required. Meetings with financial aid counselors, faculty, department heads or coaches must be scheduled in advance. Our office will assist you in arranging meetings with these individuals.

Please note:  Due to our efforts to conserve energy during the summer months, the majority of University offices and buildings will be closed and classes will not be in session on Fridays between May 15 and August 7, 2009. Campus tours will still take place each Friday at 9:30 a.m. (except holidays), but building access will be limited to Baxley Hall (Welcome Center and Bookstore), Kingston Hall (Admissions), Kimbel Library, Waccamaw Hall (Residence Life), and the Student Center. If you have business with campus offices, plan to schedule a meeting with a staff member or professor, or would like your tour to include a classroom building, we recommend scheduling a tour Monday through Thursday. For further information please call 800-277-7000.

Additionally, the University will be closed on the upcoming holidays:

July 2 and July 3, 2009
September 7, 2009

If you wish to schedule a weekday visit, please complete the Weekday Visit Form.
