Welcome Week

Welcome Week begins with move-in day on Saturday, August 15, 2009, and consists of several days of fun and educational activities designed to welcome new students to the University and help them make a successful transition. As part of the First-Year Experience, Welcome Week features The Big Read; Freshman Convocation; social events; residence hall meetings; and presentations on campus involvement, academic expectations, student services, campus safety, and much more.

Welcome Week activities are required for all freshmen.
