- Silvard: Pianist, composer and international composing artist.

- Edwin McCain: Entertainer and international composing artist known
for such hits as, “I’ll Be” and “I Could Not
Ask For More.”
8:30 p.m., Brooks Stadium
*Tickets can be purchased at the Wheelwright Box Office—free
for the 1st 2000
CCU students, $5 for faculty and staff and $10 for the general public.
Monday, September 20, 2004:
- Free Picnic: Celebration for all Students, faculty and staff featuring
free
food, a performance by Pop 101, and great give-away items.
11:30-2:00 p.m., Spadoni Park
- Founders’ Day Convocation: Ceremony honoring three institutions
that were instrumental to our founding and development: the College
of Charleston, the University of South Carolina and Horry County Schools.
4:00 p.m., Wheelwright Auditorium
- The Graham Family Bell Tower: Dedication Ceremony and Reception
to include the placement of the 50th
Anniversary Time Capsule beneath Coastal’s newest addition—The
Graham Family Bell Tower.
5:15 p.m., Spadoni Park
