- Select a group of institutions which are similar to CCU in mission to be used in comparative data analyses for peer and aspirant comparison.
- Use IPEDS, Carnegie Classifications, and Common Data Set to screen institutions.
- Perform the initial screening out of non-contender institutions.
- Examine data fact finding and information gathering.
- Develop/Choose a model reducing selection group of 15 institutions.
