Tuition/Fees Refund
Drop/Add
CCU refunds all or a portion of tuition charges for adjustments to a student's class schedule made after the start of classes depending on certain criteria. If the schedule change reduces a student's credit hours below full-time to part-time levels, or the credit hours are reduced from above 18 hours to below 18 hours, a refund may be appropriate. All schedule change refunds are computed after consideration of financial aid already applied or pending for the student. (See Financial Aid eligibility and policy regarding changes from full-time to part-time status). Also, the schedule change must be completed within prescribed time frames of the start of classes based on the following schedule:
Regular Semesters (Fall, Spring)
- 100%: Day 1 of classes through Day 7
- 90%: Day 8 through Day 14
- 0%: Day 15 to semester end
Short Semesters (Fall I, Fall II, Spring I, Spring II, Maymester, Summer I, Summer II)
