- About Tony and Carrie Grant
The Grant Center for Real Estate and Economic Development, which is housed in the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration, was established through a major gift from Tony and Carrie Grant and serves as an information hub for real estate and economic data. The center provides an industry-focused, collaborative environment where students, faculty members and the real estate industry can gain and share knowledge, information and international real estate business experiences. It conducts and publishes research on real estate and economic trends and host a variety of related events, serve as a bridge between CCU and the community, and gives faculty and students the opportunity to conduct applied research projects for local businesses, organizations and government agencies.
*The International Ethics Standards Coalition (IES) just released their International Ethics Standards for the real estate industry. To view the standards, click on the highlighted link. For more information about IES, visit ies-coalition.org.
The CCU Real Estate Club will meet on Wednesday, May 24, at 5 p.m. at the General Aviation Terminal of the Myrtle Beach International Airport. It is free and open to the public. Pat Mason, one of the Southeast's most respected authorities on in-migration research trends, will speak to attendees. To register, visit mp.gg/2imdp or call Erica Thomas at 843-692-9662.
