What Employers are Looking for in Applicants Today
Brenda Estep is the former Human Resource Director of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole with 28 years of experience in the Human Resource field. She has experience in multiple areas of Human Resource, which includes employment testing, hiring, selection, employee/labor relations, performance, benefits, classification and safety.
During this presentation, Brenda Estep will discuss what employers are REALLY looking for in applicants. She will personally teach, look over and revise resumes to help students construct the ideal professional resume. She will also be giving tips on the interview process itself. Brenda Estep will have mock trials with individuals who would like to gain the personal experience in the interview process. With her knowledge, skills and abilities, Brenda Estep will help students gain information on the real business world, and what every employee should know.
