BUSINESS MAJORS GROUP ADVISING for Current Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors

To help you plan for the Spring 2016 semester, group advising dates have been set. You will NOT be able to register for classes until your advising hold has been removed.

These sessions start promptly at their designated times and are not drop-ins.

New Transfer Students:  Group Advising designed specifically for new transfer students will cover transfer credit equivalency and transfer acceptance questions.

About Academic Advising 

Wall advising in the E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration works collaboratively with students to provide education, instruction and support to intentionally help students build those foundational skills that lead to improved student self-advocacy, planning, and adaptability to potential educational obstacles.

Students will learn how to:

  • Plan an academic program including course and major selection
  • Understand major requirements and assess degree progression
  • Understand university and Wall College requirements, policies and procedures
  • Evaluate academic options using available resources including, but not limited to learning assistance centers, tutoring, career assessment and study abroad opportunities.
