Position Description: |
Tradd Commercial is consistently one of the top three commercial real estate firms in the greater Myrtle Beach area. As the market begins to improve, we are seeing a greater need for our services, which is allowing us to grow. The intern position will serve primarily as a market researcher, which consists of developing and maintaining a database of current market activity, assisting agents with market research tasks, analyzing current and past trends, and publishing findings on the web and print. The intern will assist in developing a market indicator for commercial real estate in the Myrtle Beach area, which will be published by multiple local news outlets. |

Learning Expectation: |
The intern will learn about real world research techniques, commercial real estate, the local and regional real estate markets and marketing skills (such as writing press releases and bulk mail and email). The intern will also be a part of the Tradd Commercial team, which will allow him/her to get exposure to the Myrtle Beach business community. |

Learning Skills: |
A successful intern will have the ability to work independently, once given a task and general guidelines, will have a great attention to detail, and be comfortable with developing and manipulating Excel and relational databases.
