	Position Description:	Strong organizational skills careful attention to details Ability to prioritize your time and tasks - some work will be done independently Good internet research skills and some analytic ability Knowledge of Excel Good listening skills are needed to understand the requirements of various projects Writing skills - student with the ability and interest can contribute to the development of marketing materials

	Learning Expectation:	Be able to describe what GARP does, who it serves, what programs it offers and how they serve our core mission Learn about jobs in financial services and risk management Understand how online job boards operate Learn some marketing skills Gain first-hand knowledge of how a small business, which is part of a larger organization, operates on a daily basis Learn what membership Associations are for and identify a few that serve the career interest of the student

	Learning Skills:	3.0, but will consider students with lower GPA who have strong verbal and organizational skills
