Learning Skills: |
Ideal candidates possess:
1. Five to ten years in private equity, investment banking, or hedge fund career track, or a demonstrated record of success in either capital raising or institutional financial sales;
2. Independence and self-motivation - ability to work on complex projects with minimal supervision; discipline to set goals and reliably meet deadlines;
3. Desire to master and realize the benefits of firm's intense training - the willingness to check your ego at the door and be a team player;
4. Adaptability, openness to change and an entrepreneurial mindset - a clear head in situations of uncertainty; and,
