Position Description: |
Summer Teller
Provides internal and external clients with quality service. Provides transactional client service by accepting and processing deposits, withdrawals, payments and etc. Refers clients to the appropriate area of the bank for further assistance. Required to meet minimum non negotiables: four qualified referrals permonth, acieve average of 92 percent or better on Mystery Shopping scores, adhere to all guidelines as set forth in the Teller Manual. |

Learning Skills: |
High school graduate. Minimum of six months cash handling sales and computer experience. Ability to greet customers eagerly and graciously, ability to communicate effectively, ability to promote teamwork and cooperation among branch staff, ability to perform mathematical calculations, ability to maintain accurate and complete records, ability to perform a high number of transactions with accuracy, dedicated to accomplishing and obtaining branch sales goals. | | | |
