Position Description: |
Sales Associate
For enthusiastic candidates who possess creative marketing ideas and proven sales skills to work in First Federal banking centers located in retail WALMART SUPERCENTER or local grocery store. Meets sales goals through in aisle selling and PA announcements. Assesses customers needs and opens new accounts. Provides transactional customer service by accepting and processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, tec. while providing a high level of customer service. Assess customers needs and opens accounts. Refer customers to other areas of the bank when neccessary. Insures compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethic. |

Learning Skills: |
No banking experience is necessary. Candidates should have proven sales skills and retail sales experience. Evenings and weekend hours required. Banking center hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am until 6pm and Sunday 1pm until 5pm. Applications subject to credit verification. | | | |
