Position Description: |
Fastenal Company is an industrial and construction distributor with over 2300 locations in the United States and internationally. Fastenal is a fast-growing company with great career opportunities in sales and sales management with room for advancement. We currently have a part time support position available at our store in Georgetown.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with sales and customer services such as telemarketing and counter sales. Successful candidate will assist with inventory management, receiving, shipping and product handling of industrial supplies. Will assist with office duties as necessary, such as answering the phones, and making deliveries in company vehicle. Fastenal Company is a service based corporation where a typical workday is the exception. As an employee, you will be challenged with new and diverse responsibilities each day. This is an entry level positions that offers a flexible schedule.

Learning Skills: |
Successful candidate must possess a valid drivers license and meet our MVR requirements. They must be at least 18 years old, be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, possess excellent oral and written communications skills. They must be highly motivated, have decision making and problem solving skills, possess the ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a team environment, be customer service oriented, have strong attention to detail and have basic math skills. |
