Getting There and Getting it Right This PDA consists of a panel of business executives at various stages in their professional careers. Specific topics of the session include:

The three featured panelists are:
Wilson Lowery -- Wilson spent 30 years with IBM in various positions, including chairman of IBM Global Financing and Vice-President of organizational restructuring. Following retirement, he was asked by the Director of the FBI to lead the administrative divisions and functions as well as to restructure the Bureau into a more efficient organization.
Tom Birmingham -- Tom has spent more than 30 years working in various Corporate HR and outside Human Capital Management consulting roles to make companies more effective in the hiring and retention of their employees. His focus has included private equity funded start up companies through Fortune 500 corporations globally.
Jason Repak -- After graduating from Coastal in 2007, Jason began his career with Rolls-Royce working in a variety of functions and locations for 6 years. Upon completion of his MBA last year, Jason left Rolls-Royce to pursue entrepreneurial ventures, and is now Founder and President of a consumer finance company.
