The division of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) to contact for animal bite reports (quarantine and rabies testing); complaints about septic tanks, household garbage disposal; accumulations of feces; motels/hotels (NOT private condos), high grass or weeds, standing water in buckets, tires, pools, etc. (NOT in ditches or yeards); testing dead birds for West Nile Virus; restaurant complaints (Conway area only).
