Organizational mission or general goals:
To effectively mobilize community resources to address the needs of Georgetown County. To be the leader that enables the bridging among Georgetown County communities to successfully address human needs and improve the quality of life.
Primary services provided:
Fund-raising for agencies and programs; allocate funds through the Community Investment Process; seek grants for specific programs; educate our community on needs and services available; information and referral services for citizens of the county.
Primary clientele served:
Georgetown and Williamsburg County citizens.
Employees and/or volunteers:
4 full-time employees; an average of 300 volunteers per year.
