Organizational mission or general goals:
Catholic Charities provides many supportive services for seniors to help sustain independent living of this growing population. These services make it possible for seniors to continue living full, independent lives in the community and help delay or prevent institutionalization. The program provides assistance that maintains the person's dignity and advocates for social justice through an array of community-based services.
Primary services provided:
Money Management for the Elderly & Financial Advocacy for Seniors - sliding fee scale; Geriatric Care Management - sliding fee scale; Medication Application Service - sliding fee schedule; Moving Management for Seniors - sliding fee scale; Telephone Reassurance Program; Wisdom Program; Community Supplemental Food Program.
Primary clientele served:
Our Services for Seniors program includes both disabled and non-disabled people over the age of 50, all income levels, both living at home or in facilities.

3 paid staff; 1 full-time; 1 30 hours; 1 20 hours; 20 volunteers

BA - Psychology,MA - Gerontology; AS - Economics, Sociology; Member - National Association of Geriatric Care Managers
