We provide state-of-the-art two way voice Personal Emergency Response Systems that get you the help you need 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at the press of a button, no matter when you need it. Primary services provided:
Locally owned and operated, our alert systems are activated by pressing an emergency pendant/ The alert system enables crystal clear two way voice communication with professionally trained emergency 911 technicians at the monitoring center. These technicians will notify an ambulance, fire, police, family members, or neighbors to come to your assistance. The two way voice system allows them to remain in constant contact with you. No long term contracts or equipment purchase required. The two-way voice system operates throughout an average size home. We offer free demonstration and a safety survey of your home.
Primary clientele served:
The elderly and disabled populations; people with medical conditions that produce difficulty in walking, stroke survivors, diabetics, epileptics, PT patients, and victims of crime or fire. Seniors make up about 85%-90% of our customer base.

Our professionally certified staff includes a certified Emergency Medical Tecnician (EMT), who serves as manager of operations and is knowledgeable about emergency medicine and emergency response.

We offer a 1% discount to seniors who can provide proof that they are over the age of 85, as per S. C. law.

We want to help our subscribers to live in the home they love and strengthen their independence with our Medical Alert System, which can call for help from whoever they choose, and to be a reassurance or emergency aid; all at the press of a button. |
