Organizational mission or general goals:
Our mission is to provide services/support to people with Mental Retardation, Head and Spinal Cord Injuries and Autism utilizing a person centered approach to achieve their goals.
Primary services provided:
Service coordination, residential (intermediate care facilities, community training homes), day services, rehabilitation and supports, and vocational services. Individuals must qualify for services through South Carolina DDSN screening process.
Primary clientele served:
Infant to adults.
Individuals with mental retardation, autism, head and spinal cord injuries.
Employees and/or volunteers:
160 FT; 8 PT
Staff members eligible for professional credentialing and credentialed staff members employed:
All service coordinators and program management staff are required to have a minimum of a four year degree.

We are licensed by SCDDSN and inspections are done by DHEC.
