As a Gentiva Company, we are dedicated to improving the quality of life through the delivery of compassionate care and uncompromising service.
Primary services provided:
Skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social worker services, home health aide services, speech therapy. Fees are based on Medicare coverage and private insurance plan coverage.
Primary clientele served:
Homebound patients who are in need of skilled medical services and have a physician referral.

Nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, home health aides, state licensed with CEUs.
