Organizational mission or general goals:
The SeniorS SuperStores goal is to continue to be a reliable source for a wide variety of useful and unique lines of merchandise for baby boomers...to seniors...to the elderly. Rather than viewing aging as a burden for the individual and family, we maintain that the Prime Time years are opportunities to meet new challenges, and we want to do our part to help them with products and resources that they need, regardless of the physical effects of the aging process.
Primary services provided:
We feature hundreds of useful unique and difficult to find products that enhance the health,comfort and lifestyle needs of baby boomers to the elderly. With regular customers in every state and internationally, we have an excellent record of customer service, satisfaction and pricing. We maintain a Community Room where we provide free health, safety, and financial resources for our visitors. While we are primarily on the internet, we also print catalogs of our more popular products. While our name implies that seniors are our only market, we have pre-boomers who buy from us because of our unique product lines and attractive pricing, especially support hosiery and adaptive clothing.
Primary clientele served:
Baby Boomers to the elderly, and friends and family members who buy for them.
Employees and/or volunteers:
1 full time, 1 part time, and seasonal part time.
Staff members eligible for professional credentialing and credentialed staff members employed:
Part time RN who works with the elderly to provide guidance about seniors' needs and products to feature. Physicians and physical therapists provide resource materials for our Community Room.
Clients/patients/participants served each year:
800 - 1200 customers per year.

Special services or pricing for senior citizens:
We offer discount programs and/or commission arrangements for senior facilities and approved organizations. For SC residents over age 85 (and provide proof of age), we grant 1% discounts in State Sales Tax in accordance with SC law. Local customers who want to pick up orders or make other arrangements can avoid shipping/handling costs.
