Agape Senior provides integrated health services to meet the needs of senior adults in a faith based atmosphere.
Primary services provided:
A social model of Assisted Living providing assistance with activities of dail living in a "home-like" environment.

Providing long-term healthcare solutions for Senior Adults.

CRCF Administrator, Licensed Practical Nurse, In-house doctor, Registered Nurse Consultant, certified nurse assistants and medication technicians.

Licensed by the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) and in coordination with federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

Providing support to the community and surrounding areas for senior adults, veterans and individuals needing assistance with activities of daily living, medication monitoring, and/or an encouraging social environment.
Comments:
Recently opened "Villa" apartments; large, one bedroom style apartments with a variety of activities for those resident who require minimum assistance. Plus the availability to age in place with a continuum of care which has been recently renovated. |
