Organizational mission or general goals:
Our vision is to provide quality health care services in the most professional, cost-effective, efficient and compassionate manner. We strive to establish long-term relationships with our patients by continually expanding our services - medical, dental, pharmacy, mental health, and outreach. Our goal is to increase and expand LRMC's Medical Home Safety net services to all residents including employed, underinsured, uninsured, underserved and vulnerable populations that have difficulty securing Medicare, Medicaid, or HMO coverage.
Primary services provided:
Family health care (adults, pediatric and geriatric), laboratory, x-ray, EKG/drug testing/DOT drug testing, pulmonary testing, women's health services, family planning consults, full dental services, pharmacy, behavioral health counseling, and transportation/outreach services. We provide routine and urgent care and will refer patients to specialists for further treatment as needed.
