Primary services provided:
Nutrition counseling (Charges and reimbursements from insurance/Medicare/Medicaid depend upon coverage and diagnosis. Most common diagnoses covered by insurance include diabetes mellitus, hypertension, Cushings disease, hypothalamic lesions, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory diseases.)

Clientele must have doctor's order for nutrition counseling.

Three (3)
Staff members eligible for professional credentialing and credentialed staff members employed:
Four (4) Registered Dietitians.
Clients/patients/participants served each year:
The community has consistent needs for our inpatient and outpatient services. The Medical Center Nutrition Department takes care of inpatients daily but we are consistently helping more and more people who need guidance with diagnosis of morbid obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.
