Organizational mission or general goals:
Primary services provided:
Registered nursing; physical therapy; speech therapy; medical social services; registered dietician; home health aide. A REGISTERED NURSE IS AVAILABLE 0N-CALL 24/7. Home health services are covered by most third-party insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid. A sliding scale is available for uninsured clients with limited resources.

Homebound clients in need of skilled intermittent care.

All visiting staff meet discipline-specific educational, licensing, and/or certification requirements.
