Organizational mission or general goals:
We provide physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care for our patients. Our hospice services are offered in 8 counties in the Lowcountry. An additional phone number, available for referrals, is 877-849-5910.
Primary services provided:
End of life and palliative care; relief of pain and suffering.
Primary clientele served:
A doctor's diagnosis of 6 months or less to live.

25 employees serving 8 counties in the Lowcountry
Staff members eligible for professional credentialing and credentialed staff members employed:
Nurses, social workers, chaplain.
