Organizational mission or general goals:
State agency. Provides employment services to individuals with disabilities.
Primary services provided:
No charge for services. Services are provided to assist a person to become employed. Services may include but are not limited to:counseling, guidance, job placement; job intervention, job skill training.
Primary clientele served:
Anyone over age 15 with a disability that impedes their ability to work.
Employees and/or volunteers:
Locally; 25 Full time; 5 Part time
Staff members eligible for professional credentialing and credentialed staff members employed:
8 counselors, Masters; 1 Psychologist, Masters; 2 Production Coordinators,Bachelors; 3 Placement Specialists,Bachelors; 5 support staff, Associate Degrees.
Clients/patients/participants served each year:
Conway area - 1800 annually.
Organization accredited or certified by an outside agency or association:
As a state agency different divisions have CARF accreditation.

N/A
