Organizational mission or general goals:
Indigo Physical Therapy desires to be a quality provider of out-patient physical therapy services in Georgetown and Horry Counties.
Primary services provided:
Outpatient physical therapy services
(Charges are per Medicare guidelines, and we accept most health insurance.)
Primary clientele served:
Senior Citizens 65+ in age (and on Medicare).
Employees and/or volunteers:
8 Full-time and 2 part-time.
Staff members eligible for professional credentialing and credentialed staff members employed:
Three staff members are licensed physical therapists.
Clients/patients/participants served each year:
Approximately 5,500
Organization accredited or certified by an outside agency or association:
Accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association, and DHEC and Medicare approved.
Special services or pricing for senior citizens:
Balance training and fall prevention. We also offer a discounted workout facility.
