Primary services provided:
Comfort Keepers provides professional caregiving services in a variety of settings, including the client's home, hospital room, assisted living residence or vacation spot. We offer two levels of service. We offer assistance with the tasks of daily living that can become difficult as we age - light housekeeping, preparing meals, laundry, changing bed linens, grocery shopping, errands, transportation to doctor's appointments, church and recreational activities and, of course, companionship. Our personal care services include bathing, incontinence care, mobility, transfers, special diet meal preparation and more.
Comfort Keeper's caregivers are thoroughly screened and trained company employees, not subcontractors, meaning our clients have no worries about employment taxes or workman's compensation issues. Our caregivers are bonded and insured by Comfort Keepers. Assistance is tailored to the client's wishes and schedule.
Primary clientele served:
Seniors who need a helping hand in order to remain independent and in their own home, or those who need assistance on a temporary basis, while recovering from an illness, injury or medical procedure. Caregivers with training in Alzheimer's and related dementia provide relief for family caregivers. Many clients are the adult children of older seniors who live at a distance and desire assistance for their parents. Areas served include the Coastal Carolinas from Georgetown, SC to Topsail Island, NC and surrounding areas including Conway and Loris.
