hotel is a little older, but remains nice. It is located within
walking distance to several restaurants and some shopping (on both
sides). The value and location make this a very good selection.

hotel is near CSU’s main campus, but a good 25 min. drive
to the RiverCenter. A mall (with all the normal shops including
food court) is located across the parking lot from this hotel. Other
restaurants are also within easy walking distance. Not a new property,
but very well kept and updated.

This
property is rather new, very nice, and not near anything to speak
of – so a bus (or transportation) is absolutely required.
Allow 25 min. to RiverCenter. The hotel is only a couple of years
old and touring high school bands as well as a touring college band
have stayed here – and enjoyed it. It is a 5 min. drive to
Peachtree Mall.

a little older, this is a nice hotel with great walking access to
a nice shopping area with restaurants. The location is only a couple
of blocks away from the Four Points Sheraton above. This is the
hotel that the Marine Band and Army Band select when they come through
on tour. The only drawback to this hotel is that the rooms open
to the outside – uncommon for a Hampton. So, perhaps better
suited for visiting college bands rather than high school bands.

Very
new property that looks very nice inside and out. It is located
in a developing area with a few restaurants and very quick access
to the bypass (which will be necessary to get to the RiverCenter).
Allow 20 min. to get to RiverCenter. Very close to Hampton Inn North
Columbus and the Residence Inn Marriott. All of the great shopping,
movie theater, and restaurants around the Residence Inn Marriott
are only a 5 to10 min. drive (depending on traffic) from this hotel.

is an older property and not so impressive from the outside. The
inside is nice and Columbus State uses the property often to house
folks coming in for conferences, workshops, sporting events, etc.
It is located between the Fairfield Inn and the Courtyard Marriott.
So, it is very near Peachtree Mall, restaurants, etc. Allow 25 min.
to RiverCenter.
