Thinking about applying for Scholarly Reassignment? We are offering a Scholarly Reassignment Application Writing Circle with Tom Hoffman, Chair of Faculty Welfare and Development, as the facilitator for the circle. We will meet twice and once online. You will be able to get instruction and support as you complete the application. The sessions:
Week 1- Introduction of the Scholarly Reassignment Application
•What works
•Where do you find the application
•Complete demographic information on the application
•Varavut Limpasuvan will be available to answer questions
Week 2-The Abstract – You will discuss the abstract portion of the application and the other mandatory options addressed in the application process including:
Word limit of 300 words; Problem, project, or question to be addressed; Significance; Benefits; Examples: Community engagement, furthering research, etc.; Purpose; Location; Research agenda connection; & Timeline
Week 3 – Editing-online. This is a circle, you will post your completed application, participants will review one proposal, & edit their application.
Participants will:
