Want to learn more about working effectively with difficult behaviors? We will discuss situations that require strategic approaches to resolve the combative issues using authentic situations &/or case studies. We will define bullying behavior (academic mobbing), tips to respond, and recognizing bullying behaviors within yourself.
Outcomes: Participants will: strategies to communicate with leadership; how to succeed in a difficult situation (negotiating difficult communication, coming to an understanding, succeeding in getting your points across);
