It is essential that the Summer CHANT411 staff be able to think critically to navigate resources provided to give helpful and accurate information. A successful CHANT411 staff member is committed to “Feel the Teal” and strives to go above and beyond with every interaction to ensure satisfaction. Specific duties include:
-Provide first-class customer service
-Serve as receptionist to the CHANT411 service (answer phone calls, give information, take messages, forward calls, etc.)
-Attend Orientation sessions to promote CHANT411
-Attend weekly staff meeting
-As a team player, hold self and others accountable to a high standard, support one another, provide constructive feedback, and be flexible
-Must provide first-class customer service, treating everyone with care, courtesy and respect
-Be an enrolled student at the University for Fall 2014
-Be in good academic and conduct standing with the University. Your records will be reviewed.
-Appropriate attire must be worn including the name tag and any uniform provided
-Available to work 20-40 hours per week (students taking summer classes are limited to 20 hours a week)
-Perform tasks promptly and professionally
-Good communication skills – both oral and written
-Must be available to work from May 27- August 10
