C.A.R.E.S
The CARES (Campus Assault Resource and Education Support) Team consists of students, staff, faculty, and community partners who have joined forces to work toward: 1) the prevention of sexual assault; 2) the promotion of general information on the effects of sexual assault; 3) educating faculty, staff, and students through a collaborative effort; and 4) helping students to know the protocol for what to do when they have been assaulted. This coalition participates in or initiates sexual assault awareness week, publications about sexual assault, and other awareness events.
