Organization Conduct: Fraternity and Sorority Life

In accordance with the Tucker Hipps Transparency Act, Coastal Carolina University publishes this report on actual findings of Coastal Carolina University student organization conduct violations by fraternity and sorority organizations formally affiliated with the institution. The following offenses are included in the report:

  • alcohol;
  • drugs;
  • sexual assault;
  • physical assault; and
  • hazing

The report includes name of the organization, the date of the incident/citation issued (if available), date charges assessed, date investigation initiated and resolution; and a general description of the incident and the subsequent charges, findings and sanctions (action plans) placed on the organization. The most recent report posted includes the cumulative data set for the campus, dating back to 2016.
