Jennifer
Shinaberger, Assistant Director, Center for Effective Teaching and Learning
| Jennifer
offers faculty one-on-one and group training as they transform their
traditional courses into technology-enhanced and distance learning
courses. Please contact her to schedule an appointment. |
Tracy
Gaskin, Blackboard (WebCT) Administrator
| Tracy
performs general Blackboard (WebCT) technical administration, including setting
up courses, adding and deleting students, backing up the data, and troubleshooting technical problems. She also provides faculty support and training. |
John Marino, Technology Specialist
| John oversees and maintains the equipment in the Smart Classrooms, coordinates new installations, keeps the hardware and laptops running smoothly, and teaches Smart Classroom and other technology sessions to faculty and staff. |
Suzanne Thompson, Technology Specialist & Trainer
| Suzanne coordinates faculty/staff training sessions and teaches many of them. If you or your department would like to discuss training needs, give her a call. She also provides faculty support for Blackboard (WebCT) and other software programs, and maintains the TEAL website and online resources. |
Sarah Briggs, Office Support
| Sarah oversees the laptop reservations, equipment checkout, purchasing, and daily office operations. She also provides Blackboard (WebCT) faculty support and training. |
