Biography: Dr. Cobb comes to Coastal from Eastern New Mexico University where she served as Professor of Reading and Chair of the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She holds a doctorate in literacy/curriculum and instruction from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She presently serves as Coordinator, Graduation M.Ed. program in Learning and Teaching and Coordinator of the Chanticleer Literacy Lab.
