Early & Elementary Grades

Coastal Carolina University proudly offers a new Master of Education Degree in Learning and Teaching! The program provides opportunities for educators to extend their professional knowledge in Early and Elementary Grades Education. Courses are generally offered in the late afternoons/evenings or online during the academic year, and during the day and online in summer sessions. The next available cohort for the Early and Elementary Grades Education concentration will be admitted to begin coursework in summer, 2013. Applications must be submitted to the Office of Graduate Studies by May 1, 2013.

• EDEE 612 Advanced Social Studies Methods for Elementary Education (3)
• EDEE 614 Advanced Science Methods for Elementary Education (3)

• EDSP 605 Special Education for Teachers in Early Childhood and Elementary Education (3)
• EDEE 615 Application of Differentiated Instruction in the Early Childhood and Elementary Classroom (3)
• EDEE 650 Advanced Study of Early and Elementary Curricula and Programs (Capstone) (3)
