In an ongoing effort to better disseminate information during campus emergencies, CCU has implemented the CCU Alert. This state-of-the-art notification system will enable us to send urgent information regarding emergencies, (including weather cancellations and delays) instantly and simultaneously to all registered mobile phones, etc. No advertising or non-emergency messages will be sent. There is no charge from CCU to use this service; however, depending on your personal cell phone plan, there may be a nominal fee from your carrier to receive text messages.
