This project is to provide much needed deferred maintenance on the existing R. Cathcart Smith Science Building. Due to the age of the Science Building (26 years), this building needs HVAC repairs, roof repairs, electrical upgrades and window replacements

November 07, 2012 - Time frame for renovation changed to follow completion of Science Annex II.
March 29, 2012 - Kickoff meeting held prior to programming start.
February 15, 2012 - Project on temporary hold to re-evaluate short and long term scheduling for science buildings to be built.
January 06, 2012 - Revised contract from LS3P sent to OSE for approval.
January 03, 2012 - Received revised contract from LS3P for review.
December 20, 2011 - Structural and mechanical engineers complete final on-site analysis of building.
December 13, 2011 - Architect - LS3P associates LTD is revising the contract to meet required specifications.
November 30, 2011 - Contract received from architect for review.
November 29, 2011 - Meeting held for an update on proposed scheduling for architectural Phase I programming and the engineering analysis of building.
November 21, 2011 - Contract documents were prepared and sent to the architect for signing and submittal of approval.
November 16, 2011 - Final proposal for architectural and engineering services received.
