Contractor will provide demolition & preparation of, forming & pouring of concrete sidewalks around campus, curbing, concrete pads, concrete pip-ing, etc., as directed by Facilities. The contract will be for a term of two years. The University may enter into a contract with multiple firms. The contractor shall main-tain a working office within a 50-mile drive from CCU throughout the two-year period. The R.S. Means Concrete & Masonry Cost Data manual, latest, edition, will be used & required. Contractor may be subject to performance appraisal at close of project.
