Contractor will provide removal, installation & repairs of flooring systems in & around buildings on campus as directed by Facilities Management. The contract will be for a term of two years. The contractor shall maintain a working office within a 150-mile drive from CCU throughout the two-year period. Guaranteed minimum work is $5,000. The latest edition of the R.S. Means Building Construction Cost Data manual will be used & required. Contractor may be subject to performance appraisal at close of project.
